Delete your account

You can delete your KarmaPlot account and its data at any time — in the app, or by email if you no longer have the app installed.

In the app (fastest)

Open KarmaPlot and go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.

By email

If you have uninstalled the app, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting, and confirm by reply once it is done.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in identities (email, Apple, or Google)
• Your reading history, progress, and library
• Your profile information (display name, email address)

What may be retained

Purchase records may be retained where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, financial record-keeping, or legal obligations, as described in our Privacy Policy, and are deleted or irreversibly anonymised when no longer required. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription — manage subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
